TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Services

BossBros RV provides mobile RV repair and maintenance services throughout Redding, CA and Northern California. By requesting a service through this website or by phone, you agree to these Terms of Service.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline a service request at our discretion.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Any estimate provided — whether verbally, by phone, or through our website form — is an approximation based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the RV, parts required, and labor involved.

We will always communicate any changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work. No additional charges will be incurred without your explicit approval.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide reasonable notice may result in a diagnostic/trip fee for dispatched technicians.

We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the agreed service window. Delays due to traffic, prior job overruns, or other circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• The RV is accessible at the agreed location at the time of service
• You or an authorized adult representative is present during the service
• Any known hazards or pre-existing conditions are disclosed to the technician before work begins
• Accurate information is provided when requesting a service or estimate

5. Warranty

BossBros RV provides a limited warranty on parts and labor for all completed repairs. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts installed by our technicians.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or issues unrelated to the original repair. Parts covered under manufacturer warranty are subject to those manufacturers' terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

BossBros RV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of use of the vehicle, travel expenses, or loss of income.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Shasta County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

BossBros RV reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
